RNO’s Managing Principal
 
Arno Hart - Mr. Hart manages the firm's operations on the US east and west coasts.  He is a native of South Africa and has spent most of his life tackling infrastructure and economic development issues around the world including North America, Asia, the Middle East and in Latin America.  For the past twenty years he has been based in the United States managing and building a variety of successful consulting practices.  While Mr. Hart has a broad experience in transportation planning and economic development, he is best at the front-end planning and concept design of highways, ports, airports and rail systems, with a knack for the economic, institutional, financial, management and market aspects of infrastructure development.  Mr. Hart holds an M.
